FROM OUR OWN CULTIVATION:

Protection of the environment and resources is an important prerequisite for the sustainable development of Africa. We value careful use of our resources and therefore put a lot of commitment into sustainable cultivation.

By expanding our farm gardens we would like to establish our own cultivation of herbs, vegetables and fruits. In this way we ensure an environmentally friendly supply of the Lodge. Additionally we rely on close cooperation with the surrounding farms.

FRESH CUISINE

Culinary skills meet sustainability. Let us spoil you with delicious fresh dishes prepared from home-grown vegetables, meat and meat products from our farm. We serve fish and seafood that is caught off the Namibian coast by local fishermen. Quality and the use of local products are very important to us.

Individual culinary requirements will certainly be taken into consideration.

GAMING AND LANDSCAPE

Ozongwindi Lodge is home to numerous game species such as Giraffe, Zebra, Kudu, Oryx, Springbok, Steenbok and Wildebeest, to name a few. The trees along the Khan River are the perfect living space for many of Namibia’s bird species. Spend time during the early morning and evening watching them . With a bit of luck you might even get to see one of the wildcats – Cheetah and Leopard – that roam our farm. With its wide open spaces and a horizon that seems endless the Namibian landscape is always fascinating. Hike along the Khan River, visit our walking trail or join us on one of our interesting game drives to fully experience Namibia’s fauna and flora.
