Booking Terms and Payment Conditions:
- All bookings, amendment and cancellations must be made in writing
- Bookings will be valid only if confirmed in writing
- Provisional bookings will be held for 14 days; booking will be automatically be released if no written confirmation has been received; provisional bookings falling into the cancellation period will only be held for 48 hours and released if no written confirmation has been received
- Cancellation fee policy
Any bookings cancelled within 45 days of arrival will be subject to the following cancellation fees:
45 – 30 days prior to arrival – 25%
29 – 14 days prior to arrival – 50%
13 – 08 days prior to arrival – 75%
07 days or less prior to arrival – 100%
Non-arrivals – 100%
- To secure/confirm a booking a valid credit card number to be provided; if no credit card details can be provided, a 50% deposit will be required and proof of payment must be faxed or e-mailed with confirmation number; failure to do so will result in a booking cancellation
- All bank charges are for the account of the client
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice
